Customer Success Specialist

We are searching for a Customer Success Specialist. Our Principal has sales locations specialized in crop protection in Hungary and Romania, whereas the subsidiaries in Germany, France, Italy and Spain concentrate on pesticides. More than half of the total revenue is generated abroad, especially in Central and Eastern Europe. Both proprietary products and commissioned orders are being developed in Austria and exported worldwide.

Goal / Purpose of the position

Support the local customers, company sales, advisory and PM regarding digital services & products in the role of Customer Success Specialist. Act as a single point of contact for issues & feedback to improve the customer experience and development progress of our digital services & products:

  • Support, Promote & provide our digital services in line with BUD / 3YP / Strategy / HHG
  • sound interaction, information flow and alignment between HQ Digital Team and Country Management
  • executing country digital strategy in line with BU strategy under consideration of local specific patterns (e.g. market, competition, GTM)
  • continuous feedback helping in optimizing, improving and scale up of digital services.
  • creating clarity and a positive, open-minded, as well as an innovative spirit towards digitalization within the local organization.

Main Tasks

Digital Service and Support

  • Support relevant stakeholders in the local market "the face to the customer regarding digital service support"), and internally as a liaison between advisory and digital unit.
  • Service management (Incident-, Change-, Problem- and Request-Management for all relevant stakeholders within the company and for company's customers
  • Ensure smooth and constant alignment between our customers and digital team by clearly documenting all issues and feedback in our service management tool.
  • Provide feedback and explanations on local specifics.

Support digital product management

  • Ensure full, correct and timely communication, translation, coaching and education on / of all relevant patterns of our digital services to all relevant local internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful implementation of the Digital Strategy / the individual digital services in the local market.
  • Implement defined targets and define mitigation whenever necessary.
  • Set up fast and efficient operational communication and alignment with decision structures to enable strong, successful and resilient support services.
  • Ensure effective local Marketing and Communication for our digital services activities in line with head of digital, BUD
  • Check and ensure proper integration of all relevant patterns into local commercial policy.
  • Performance analysis for individual services and campaigns based on defined success criteria and share findings / learnings with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Establish solid alignment with strategy of the digital product manager ensuring the defined corporate governance process / internal reporting with a strong focus in providing accurate forecasting, budgeting as well as 3YP on local digital business, therein ensuring a stable and sustainable growth path.

Market Analysis on Digitalization

  • Constantly check local market developments of digital tools and services (competitors, R&D, public services, customers, dealers,). Consolidate, identify relevant key findings, present and discuss with Business Unit Management / Digital Management

Culture, Values, Leadership and Development

  • Act as an internal opinion leader and motivator on digitalization by giving inputs / presentations in various meetings, arranging workshops/events, communicating via newsletters etc.
  • Create a positive, open and innovative mind set towards digitalization within the local organization by providing clarity, displaying potential and encouraging innovation.
  • execute the continuous change & transformation process within the company.
  • Act as role-model for the company's value, culture and leadership principles.

  • Compliance with and implementation of general and specific regulations.

  • Regular reporting about results, KPIs and Market activities to Business Unit Management / Digital Management

Required qualifications, skills and work experience:

  • Previous experience in IT Services and/or Support functions – senior level
  • Interested in viticulture and agriculture, preferably previous touchpoints – senior level
  • Minimum 2 years in Service and Support and/or Product Management – senior level
  • Interest in of respective market (Digitalization & Agriculture) – senior level

Pesticide Product Manager

Our Principal has sales locations specialized in crop protection in Hungary and Romania, whereas the subsidiaries in Germany, France, Italy and Spain concentrate on pesticides. Both proprietary products and commissioned orders are being developed in Austria and exported worldwide.

We are looking for a Pesticide Product Manager for their Hungarian subsidiary.

Main tasks, responsibilities

Build up, manage and develop the pesticide product portfolio

  • collect and analyze market data and information (prices, volumes, etc.)
  • set up and monitor technical and price positioning
  • monitor and manage product life cycle, including legislative changes in actives
  • initiate new potential products to the portfolio
  • keep contact with portfolio management in the Austrian headquarter

Budgeting, forecasting, stock management

  • prepare budget, forecasts, long-term plans for the segment
  • manage product ordering and purchases with the supervision of Portfolio Manager
  • monitor product margins and initiate actions if necessary

Support of the supplier meetings

  • prepare analysis and presentations as preparation for supplier meetings
  • participate in supplier meetings
  • manage dedicated suppliers, negotiate on yearly terms and orders (with the supervision of Portfolio Manager)

Provide content providing for marketing materials like brochures, catalogs, ads, etc.

  • plan marketing activities with marketing and sales
  • manage preparation of marketing materials

Needed qualifications and skills:

  • plant protection engineer degree
  • experience in similar position 4-5+ years
  • good knowledge of the pesticide market and products, market positions,
  • independent work, market analysis, market trends and developments, draw conclusions and make recommendations for product strategy and structure
  • Hungarian mother tongue, fluent English
  • Microsoft Office skills including creating presentations
  • driving license
